Please do note that by completing a booking with us, you understand that you are holding a ‘limited’ space available.
Our individual sessions, workshops and longer programmes have been designed to provide regular continuity of experience to best support you in your inner journey towards calm and stillness and be of overall benefit to you.
If you are not able to attend a session (in person or via Zoom), you can reschedule or cancel your session up to 12 hours before the start of the session. Any cancellation within 12 hours is subject to the full price of the session.
It is not our policy to offer refunds, but we understand that circumstances change and refunds may be offered on a discretionary basis. If you are unable to attend the sessions you have booked, please contact us.
If you arrive late for a session and it has started, regrettably you will be unable to join the group (in person or via Zoom) and full fees will apply. Your arrival prior to the session start time and being settled and ready for the session together, is greatly appreciated and encouraged.
When you make a payment through our website booking system, your payment will be processed through the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe secures all your customer and credit card data with the highest level of encryption available. Sharon Kempthorne Restorative Therapeutics will not store or transfer any of your credit card information.
Your privacy and sense of safety is paramount to us.
Sharon Kempthorne Restorative Therapeutics complies with the Privacy Act 1993. All information, including personal information, collected for processing your bookings remain private and confidential. Personal information may include your name, email address, phone number, postal address and other details that you disclose in our health registration form. Such personal information is collected and used by Sharon Kempthorne Restorative Therapeutics and cannot be accessed by any other external party (except for third party technology providers who are not authorised to use such information for any purpose, but may back up data to secure sites).
We may use your personal information to:
• Remind you about your upcoming bookings
• Inform you about changes to classes
• Alert you to other services that we may offer
When you sign up, or subscribe, to keep in touch with us (from links on our website, via our booking system, registration form or in person) and provide us with your email address or phone number, we may send you electronic messages that remind you to upcoming sessions you have booked, information we believe is helpful for you to be ready for our sessions or occasionally for marketing purposes.
You can exercise your right to ask us not to process or use your personal information for these or marketing purposes at any time by contacting us or by unsubscribing to our marketing updates.
Under the Privacy Act 1993, you are entitled to request access to, and/or correction of the personal information held by us. You may request access to the personal information that we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond to any such requests as required by law.
Where applicable, we may charge a fee for responding to a request for access to and/or disclosure of personal information.
