Sessions are offered in a virtual space via Zoom, and in-person physical studio locations in Cambridge and Auckland, New Zealand.
At our studios and online, we offer small group sessions and signature bespoke private sessions to find inner calm, quiet,stillness and a deep sense of rest.
Group sessions are limited in numbers to ensure ultimate care and support, so we advise booking in advance.
Sessions are from a private loft studio centrally located in Cambridge.
We will advise location and access when you make a booking or register with us.
We also offer sound bathing sessions for slightly larger groups (maximum 12 ) from the Flourish Wellness Studio, 19A Kaniera Terrace, St Kilda, Cambridge.
Our Auckland sessions are held at the Biba Studio
