INTENTIONAL REST PRACTICES
FOR HEALTH AND WELLBEING

Join me, Sharon Kempthorne, for nurturing intentional rest practices to reset, restore balance and replenish for enduring calm, strength and resilience.  The pace and stresses of life, experiences of hormonal changes, illness, trauma, grief, pain or insomnia can significantly disrupt the balance of body, mind and soul, leaving us depleted and dysregulated in our nervous system. 

The therapeutic practices I offer focus on relaxing, restoring balance to and replenishing the whole body and in particular, the nervous system. In time you can achieve deep, lasting rest and relaxation, finding ways to reconnect back in with your whole self, and in turn, the people around you.

An experienced Stillness Through Movement therapist, iRest teacher, mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, sound therapist and yoga teacher, I work from boutique studios in Cambridge and Auckland, New Zealand, and offer online sessions.  I work with small groups (to a maximum of 8 -12 people) and through 1:1 sessions.
