After the lengthy pause in physical connection that COVID-19 has made necessary, we look forward to meeting again in person soon.  And appreciating that we have all been impacted in different ways,  we continue to be here to support you in finding your sense of stillness and inner calm. Details of sessions in our physical studios will be posted when we are able to resume. During Level 2 we continue to offer occasional online sessions and bespoke 1:1 practices via Zoom.
